The mathematics prerequisite for the minor is MATH 132. ASTR 101 and its associated laboratory may be substituted forASTR 321 with the permission of the physics department. Students interested in pursuing a minor in astrophysics need not major in physics but should plan to take PHYS 151-PHYS 152 as early as possible in their college careers.
