Multiple disciplines may be represented in the STAR major's module of conceptual emphasis. At least one course with a non-western emphasis is highly recommended. The courses counting on the module must be approved by the director of the STAR program by the end of the student's junior year junior year and may not be used to satisfy any other components of the studio art major.
